Hey everyone, we’ve finally put together a collection of ‘Lard Wants World Peace’ comics. I’ve been working on this project for a long time and it’s great to see this book come together.
“Lard Wants World Peace’s comic strips have been published for over 12 years.
To celebrate we’re publishing our first collection of comic strips and world peace tips!
It’s a limited edition hardback of over 360 high quality colour pages featuring Lard, Alice, Little Joe, Babs, as well as many famous and inspiring people…”
I’ve been working on a series of channeled drawings exploring the different energies and aspects of the zodiac. (Featuring our cat, Moo!) I had a lot of fun working on these and experimenting with various compositions and colours. I also used a mix of traditional and digital media with a technique I hope to explore in future artworks.

Gerald is an ordinary man who is trying to come to terms with the death of his son.
From the doctor’s surgery to the depths of his own subconscious, Gerald navigates his way through many distractions, misdirections, radioactive chickens, and his own turbulent emotions.
Harangued and helped in equal parts by his food-obsessed cat, Gerald meets a vengeful lizard, confronts a misunderstood seamonster, discovers the secret of the pizza pyramid, and encounters a robotic world within a dishwasher. Revelations lie in wait when he finally finds his way back to the truth…
This book will give you a lot to think about, laugh at and ponder over, as well as providing some invaluable advice for a successful life: Never trust an electrician without eyebrows and whatever you do – don’t create universes in the waiting room!
I’m currently working on a series of illustrations based on the Major Arcana. I’ve been using pencil and watercolour to create abstract compositions with channeled lightcode symbols. I’m interested in exploring the “Fool’s journey” throughout the Major Arcana and its various subjects, including life, death, judgement, and the cyclical nature of existence.
My long term plan is to create a tarot/oracle deck, but in the meantime if you enjoy my work, prints will soon be available on my Redbubble page, as well as T-shirts, and other merch.
You can also support my work by visiting Ko-Fi and “buying me a coffee”!
Written by my partner, Liz, and at 206 pages, along with its companion guide, ‘Are Rabbits Bears?’ is the result of a large determined effort!
And when it came to the drawings, I was first choice for illustrator! Thanks Liz! With such great stories and a whole bunch of unique characters, I really enjoyed working on this book. In total, it contains around 40 of my black and white illustrations.
